Our goal is always your satisfaction — but because our work involves customized digital deliverables, we have specific refund guidelines to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.
1. Overview
All projects undertaken by WebStone Digital Limited are subject to this Refunds Policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Due to the time, resources, and strategic planning involved in every project, we do not generally issue full refunds once work has commenced. However, we are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you in good faith to reach a fair solution.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet started and no design or development work has been initiated.
- If WebStone Digital Limited is unable to complete the project as agreed due to unforeseen internal circumstances.
- If significant project delays occur solely due to our agency’s fault (not including client delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals).
Refunds are not applicable once any stage of project delivery has been approved by the client (e.g., design mock-ups, development milestones, or go-live approval).
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable due to their nature:
- Domain name registration and hosting fees
- Third-party licenses, plugins, or software purchases
- Completed design, development, or digital marketing work
- Consultation fees and strategy sessions
- Social media advertising budgets or PPC campaigns already executed
4. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:
- A pro-rata refund may be issued for unused portions of work, minus time and resources already invested.
- All completed or in-progress work will remain the property of WebStone Digital Limited until full payment for completed milestones is received.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@webstonedigital.com.
5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on client satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions as outlined in each service agreement or proposal.
If you’re unhappy with any aspect of the project, we encourage open communication — our team will make every effort to correct and improve the work before considering refunds.
6. Processing Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 14 business days of written confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.
- Any third-party transaction or processing fees are non-refundable.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding project quality or deliverables, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing external mediation or legal action.
Our goal is always to find a mutually fair outcome that maintains trust and professionalism.
